Raw Main & Timujin Feature On New VA ‘Foresight Volume 2’

The four track mixed artist release is out now on the TrueColors record label.

Foresight Volume 2 is a four-track organic house release featuring Temujin, Raw Main, Bartella and Imano.

TrueClolors is an organic house record label run by Timujin, and it’s got a deep and organic sound with a roster of artists including previous contributions by the likes of Nick Warren, YokoO and Squire.

The imprint’s latest release is a four-track mixed artist EP featuring an imprint debut from emerging talent Bartella plus music from regulars Raw Main and Inamo. The last of the tracks is by Timujin who has made TrueClolors a regular outlet for his music.

Timujin’s track ‘Emotional Blush’ actually closes the release, but we decided to mention it first, as it’s got an epic intro full of suspense and trippy vibes. Once the drums do hit, they are very DJ friendly and it’s hard to think of a set this wouldn’t be the perfect opener for. Those familiar with Temujin will likely know his releases on labels like Damian Lazarus’ Rebellion.

Raw Main is quite well known for his releases on other labels outside of TrueColors such as Lost Miracle and Kindisch. His track ‘Touareg’ is a dark and intense cut of organic house that has dramatic chords and guitar sections layered with moody synths and shuffling percussion.

Bartella’s “Whoever Knows” is one of the EP’s stand-out cuts, as it’s got an emotive vocal and throbbing sab base combined with jackin’ percussion and an uplifting melody. It’s a very compelling track by the UK producer who has previously featured on the likes of Earthly Delights.

Inamo is another artist who has previously worked with Earthly Delights in addition to featuring regularly on TrueClolors, and his track ‘La Llama’ has fizzing synths and tribal percussion combined with the building tension of stabbing synths that swell with modulation as the track progresses.

It’s overall a very strong release, and you can buy the EP from HERE.
