Nick Behrmann Drops New Melodic/Progressive House EP ‘Voyager’

The two track release from the Hungarian artist is out now on Dear Deer.

The release is reminiscent of other artists such as Dave Seaman and Oxia.

Nick Behrmann is a Hungarian artist making a return to the Dear Deer label following releases on other imprints such as Nothing But and Techno Vinyls Records.

He is an artist who focuses on melodic grooves with uplifting synth lines and precision-engineered percussion. A veteran DJ who has spent many years perfecting his skills, his innate ability to know what works on the dance floor is easily translated into his productions.

Also, a talented graphic designer who crafts sounds with the same attention to detail he applies to images, Nick Behrmann is also a valued member of the Flow Music team, and we are super excited to share his latest two-track EP titled “Voyager”.

The EP’s opening track “Bandung” has techy synth lines blended with Balearic vocal textures to create an immersive blend of emotions. Uplifting yet dark and full of suspense, the track has elements reminiscent of Oxia’s classic “Domino”.

Second of the tracks “Liquid Strings” is focused around a powerful arpeggio line that twists and morphs with ripples of modulation. More uptempo than the first track, this peak time cut of melodic house is in line with the style of names like Dave Seaman and Guy J.
