The Prodigy pays tribute to Keith Flint on the second anniversary of his death

March 4th marked the anniversary of the former frontman’s tragic death, and the remaining band members paid tribute to Keith Flint in a heartfelt tweet.

The iconic singer who is famed for his vocals on hit tracks such as ‘Fire Starter’ was tragically found dead in his Essex home at the age of 49.

It’s been two years since Keith Flint’s death, and the band have expressed they are still feeling the pain of losing their friend and frontman.

Liam Howlett and Maxim are the band’s remaining members, and their tweet talking about Keith Flint reads: “It’s been 2 years, Your light burns bright, Your energy will never fade, Keep it real, Keep it punk rock, We live forever!

Keith Flint was influential in the band’s success, as his larger-than-life personality, and striking punk-influenced look gave him an in-your-face stage presence.

Although his vocals don’t appear on all of the Prodigy’s tracks, his influence is felt in the band’s overall sound, and he will forever be remembered as one of electronic music most iconic performers.
