Alan Fitzpatrick and Reset Robot collaborate under the alias 3STRANGE to drop their new ambient single ‘Kinky Animals’.

First heard on ‘Anjunadeep 14’ earlier this year, courtesy of a club ready James Grant and Jody Wisternoff edit, ‘Kinky Animals’ is the pair’s debut release on Anjuna’s new downtempo imprint, Reflections.

Having worked with the likes of Baltra, Model Man and dj poolboi as 3STRANGE, Alan has become a frequent face on sister label Anjunadeep over the past couple years, with his 2022 single ‘Someone Else’ featuring Kenya Grace and a well received 2021 club album ‘Machine Therapy’; marking his first LP in over a decade.

With previous releases on influential imprints Poker Flat, Drumcode and Cocoon, Reset Robot aka Dave Robertson has built a reputation as one of electronic music’s most prolific producers. Alan and Dave are no strangers to working together. They have a number of collaborations under their belt and also jointly run their label, Whistleblower Records.

Now venturing into downtempo territory with their latest track, the duo present a dark-edged electronic production, exploring the use of evocative ambient textures and rhythmic synths.
