Flow Sessions welcomes Germany’s Elias Doré who has a love for melodic warmth and organic sounds.
Flow Sessions strives to support musicians, producers and DJ’s in good times and bad. With this is mind we have commissioned DJs around the world to contribute mixes to our new series ‘Flow sessions’. We thought it would be appropriate to show some support for our future performers now when it’s needed most.
Elias Doré is originally from Berlin, and explored many facets of music by performing in various bands and genres, from Afro-Funk in Dakar, Klezmer and Gipsy in London to Reggae and Soul in Berlin, before fully immersing himself in electronic music. What has over time stayed with him is his love for melodic warmth and organic sounds. Not confined by tempo or genre boundaries, Elias always takes his time to create a context and narrative around his music. With melodic elements at the heart of his sets, he creates an uplifiting atmosphere that aims to both inspire and touch the feelings of his audience.
Firmly rooted in the Berlin music collective and label Rebellion der Träumer, he curates its cataloque of releases while also working on his own productions.
