Wolf Story’s new rework for Dennis Ferrer on the “Dem People Go!” 2018 journey

Duo composed of Parisian born Rico and Peruvian Steve, Wolf Story has made some serious noise this year with releases on Defected, Yoshitoshi and SimmaBlack. With their latest release “The Harp” dropped by Danny Howard on BBC Radio 1 recently, they are now getting requests from all the best imprints around the world.

Following up on their remix of the Kerri Chandler classic “Keep Me inside”, the dynamic duo is back on King Street but this time for an edit of Dennis Ferrer. “Dem People Go” features some nice piano riffs, exciting arpeggios and a subliminal afro house groove. African vocalist Bela Elbo delivers some meaningful lyrics which already made this track a dance anthem (this remix reached today #9 on Beatport’s Afro House chart; #14 on Traxsource overall).

A couple of interesting facts: Rico used to be a DJ teacher for Techno Plus, a partnership involved to reduce substance abuse with teenagers, also works as a music journalist. On the other hand, Steve used to be part of a rock band in his native country of Peru. Music in the veins!
