Oliver Huntemann is a connoisseur of both food and techno, so we asked for his top tips on making the perfect Taco?

Oliver Huntemann: The perfect Taco has to be made with a fresh corn tortilla and the topping prepared on the point. The tricky part comes in when the tortilla needs to be filled. Not too much but at the same time enough, so that you can basically close the Taco just fine. Some spicy salsa on top is a must – hot Habanero is my favourite. Finally, time to get into the ‘eating the Taco without ruining my t-shirt’ pose. In the end, it’s all about the Taqueria which delivers the authentic Taco experience with fresh and high-quality ingredients.

Just the simple basics that will blow you away. Make sure to be open-minded and try various Tacos. Some with meat, some seafood and don’t forget the veggie ones. I’m totally in love with our cauliflower creation at Holy Taco, the Taqueria I just opened with my Mexican friend Paco right in the heart of Hamburg at the famous Reeperbahn. Let me end with a secret: Tacos and a good Tequila are the perfect matches.
