Kyiv Has A New Techno Club Called ‘ARSENAL XXII’

Now open in the Ukrainian capital, the venue will also host lectures and exhibitions.

ARSENAL XXII is a new venue that has opened in the Ukraine capital Kyiv.

Located in an industrial part of the city, the venue plans to deliver a range of entertainment including music, lectures and exhibitions alongside others.

Speaking about their venue, ARSENAL XXII team said: “The vision of the project as a cultural forge was born from the historical context of the building as it used to be a weapon forge in the past.”

“The 22nd workshop of the Arsenal plant used to manufacture pretty much everything for 250 years – from military equipment to optical lenses and cameras. Our team decided to continue the historical purpose of these walls and thus we created a new forge – a place where a cultural product will be created in the face of the Ukrainian electronic music scene and its talented representatives.”

ARSENAL XXII plans to host weekly Friday night parties where people can expect to hear acid, electro, techno and other electronic music genres. Talking about the music policy, the management team said: “We want ARSENAL XXII to become a place where guests will always dance with pleasure, regardless of whether they are familiar with the artist’s work or not,” The team behind the art centre have noted.

There is also a licensed bar selling alcohol called the Vognyk, which long side selling drinks, will also have DJs playing disco and house… they have nicknamed it the “Wonderful People Bar.”

Once inside the venue, guests will be expected not to film or take photos, and to find out more information about ARSENAL XXII, subscribe to them on Telegram from HERE
