Tomorrow at 5 PM CET is the next edition of ADE In Conversation, and it’s an online live chat between anxiety treatment expert Jennie Morton and iconic electronic music artist James Blake.
The talk will explore how depression impacts creatives, and outline some techniques for artists to manage chronic conditions.
Grammy-nominated James Blake will also give his personal perspective on touring once international travel resumes. Finishing the hour-long session will be a live Q&A where members of the online audience can ask questions on the topic.
This is the second instalment of the Amsterdam Dance Event’s monthly discussion series, and in addition to mental health, Friday’s episode also features an additional segment about festivals and how electronic music culture has spread across continents.
Luis Justo is CEO of Rock in Rio, and Arlen Dilsizian is one of the founders behind Uganda’s Nyege Nyege Festival will be addressing the second of tomorrow’s topics.
Still available online, last month was the first edition of ADE in Conversation, and it was a discussion featuring, Richie Hawtin plus 3LAU and Maria May from the Creative Artists Agency. Their chat focused on the re-opening of nightlife and NFTs amongst some other subjects.
