Royal Exhibition Building is located on the outskirts of Melbourne, and its grand architecture makes it one of the most breathtaking buildings in the whole of Australia. So, it’s the perfect extravagant location to match the lavish line-up featuring international headliners Âme and Axel Boman.
The event is also headlined by homegrown Australian talent CC:DISCO! who is making the trip home from Portugal where she is currently based.
Âme are a German duo who are famed for their iconic tracks such as “Rej”. They have a distinctive style with stripped-back sound design, techy rhythms and melody rich melodic grooves. They also run the iconic Innervisions record label in collaboration with Dixon.
Axel Boman is a Swedish artist whose style ranges from disco to stripped-back house music with slick beats and immersiveness. A master at creating atmosphere and finding the perfect groove for any occasion, he is a skilled DJ who comes with a proven track record for always delivering the goods.
CC:DISCO! is currently living in Europe, but she cut her teeth as an Australian native who plays upbeat DJ sets that cover the full spectrum of house and disco. She is a DJ, promoter, record label owner and also a skilled producer, which makes her the complete package, and it’s always great to have her back on Australian soil.
There is also local support from dameeeela who is completes the epic line-up for the event which takes place on Saturday the 23rd of August at the Royal Exhibition Building, Melbourne. It’s a daytime/evening party with doors opening at 4pm and closing at 11pm.
