MODE Festival is coming to Cockatoo Island in Sydney Harbor.

The event brands itself as a music and arts festival that reaches forward to exploring electronica’s potential, and it’s promoted by Bizarro.

Bizarro has got a reputation for flying in trendsetting DJs and electronic music live acts from around the world while also championing homegrown talent at the same time.

It will take place on October 15th and so far there has only been a small amount of the line-up released, but those already confirmed include Djrum, Priori and Upsammy. There have also been hints of a Boiler Room stage.

MODE Festival will take place on Cockatoo Island in Sydney Harbour which is a UNESCO listed heritage site that’s been turned into a major arts and culture destination.

The event is running some social media campaigns where people sharing festival news can win free tickets and other festival goodies.
