RÜFÜS DU SOL will play an epic show at The Gorge Amphitheatre in America.
The three-time Grammy nominated, Australian, live electronic trio RÜFÜS DU SOL have announced a show at the idyllic Pacific Northwest venue, The Gorge Amphitheatre. This will be the band’s debut headlining performance at this iconic stage, where they’ll be joined by one of London’s most forward-thinking producers Fred again.
Located east of Seattle in the crest of the Columbia River, The Gorge Amphitheatre is known as one of North America’s most iconic places to enjoy live music. The venue has played host to renowned artists like Radiohead, Bob Dylan, The Grateful Dead, Tom Petty, and countless others since 1986.
The announcement comes in the wake of a series of career highlights for RÜFÜS DU SOL following the release of their Surrender LP on Rose Avenue and Warner Records at the end of 2021. Their renowned live show reached new heights in 2021 as they played for 70,000 fans at the Los Angeles Banc of California stadium over three nights and then for millions on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and The Late Late Show with James Corden.
RÜFÜS DU SOL kicked off 2022 with their third Grammy nomination for hit single ‘Alive’, in the category of Best Dance/Electronic Recording, and are set to perform at their own festival, Sundream Tulum in the coming weeks. Taking place across two weekends in Quintana Roo, Mexico, the four-day destination event will bring world-class music and wellness to one of Tulum’s most famed beach clubs and hotels, Papaya Playa Project.
Pre-sale for the October 1st Live Nation produced show at The Gorge Amphitheatre starts on Monday, February 28 at 10am PT.
