Leonardo has a quality 4 tracker out on Alan Fitzpatrick’s We Are The Brave imprint this week and stops by to let us know the 10 tracks he can’t live without!
Marshall Jefferson Vs The Noose Heads (Salt City Orchestra Out There mix) – Mushrooms
Lovely deep house release, both mixes have their place in my sound. A go to record to help me focus in a warm up set
nthng – Turn To Gaia – Delsin Records
This label is fantastic. There is always one or two Delsin releases in my record box. This one is a recent favourite
Basement Jaxx – Fly Life (Extra mix)
Classic carnival anthem, love the bassline. Was on an Ministry Of Sound Annual CD around 1997 which was one of the first compilation CD’s I bought
Yan Cook – Plot – ARTS
Again, no track in particular but it’s not uncommon to hear one of Yans tracks in the later stages of my sound. He’s a fantastic artist.
Underworld – Jumbo
End of night fodder for the lost souls who need tucking up before they make it home.
Cajmere feat Dajae – Brighter Days (Underground Goodies mix) – Cajual
Chicago classic, simplistic groove and infectious vocal
Thor – Aliens Don’t Boogie – Missile
Eerie and haunting. Sci-Fi tech house and a keeper
Katcha – Touched By God (Peace Division remix)
Heavy and uplifting, bridging interesting gaps between what I like playing. Hard record to leave at home
Soul Sonic Force – Planet Rock
Unpredictable vibe changer. Proper sonic.

DJ Koze – XTC
Beautiful feeling here and one that’s been in touching distance since the first listen

C-U: yesterday we premiered Leonardo’s ‘We Are Unity’ from his release on We Are The Brave. It’s maybe the punchiest track of the EP with an infectious 90’s deep house groove that gets the C-U seal of approval.
