Fresh from supporting global superstar Alan Walker in Helsinki earlier this week, Finnish producer Alex Mattson has unveiled his new single, ‘Love Lie’, feat. Nevve & Shane Moyer.
Having recently hit 30m streams on Spotify, Mattson’s new single is a pulsing, cinematic and deep house-infused track that follows the success of his hit-filled ‘ Eleven EP’, and the summer-banger ‘ Anything’ feat. RØRY.
The new single features the LA-based vocalist and composer Nevve, who has also featured on multiple streaming hits, such as Elephante’s ’Catching On’ and Illenium’s ‘ Fractures’. ‘ Love Lie’ also features a flowing verse from a promising Cali-rapper Shane Moyer, who continues to make waves on account of his slick delivery and lyricized bars.
Spending much of 2018 touring across clubs, arenas and festivals worldwide, Alex Mattson – who previously became the first ever Finnish artist to sign a deal with Ultra Music – is best known for his debut production ‘UFO’ which has gained platinum status in Finland.
A multi-talented and diverse producer, Mattson has also produced songs for other artists, including Reino Nordin‘s ‘Touch’ (produced together with Leo Salminen) and ‘Free’ (produced together with Tido Nguyen).
