Peter Schumann is also an accomplished producer whose tracks on labels ranging from Traum to his own Kiosk ID have lit up dancefloors across the world.

Flow Sessions strives to support musicians, producers and DJ’s in good times and bad. With this is mind we have commissioned DJs around the world to contribute mixes to our new series ‘Flow sessions’. We thought it would be appropriate to show some support for our future performers now when it’s needed most.

A message from the artist

“The music I chose for the set is a journey through my different styles and preferences that I like to combine in a long set. Sometimes dark and demanding and sometimes trippy and playful.
For my definition of DJing, this is the challenge to tell a story with my music. The last year was a caesura for the whole electronic music culture worldwide and I hope that we can experience our culture together again soon. It is so important and holds our society together and gives people courage and confidence in these difficult times.

For me personally, I try to get something positive out of this situation by being in the studio as much as possible. In addition, I am currently building up a lot with our new club label Kiosk ID, which I run together with Mira, and last year we caused quite a stir with our compilations „Give ‚em a future & 43 Katzen tanzen auf’m Tisch“ to save our club Kater Blau in Berlin.
