Burning Man Is Running A Virtual Hiring Expo Next Week

The online event is for those looking to volunteer at the event, and it runs on the 23rd of February at 2:30-4:30am CET.

BRC 2022 Hiring Expo is taking place next week for those who want to work at Burning Man 2022.

There are lots of essential volunteer jobs that help the festival run and each year there are thousands of people who give their time to help make each year a magical event.

The virtual hiring expo will take place on Wednesday the 23rd of February between 5:30-7:30 PM PT / 8:30-10:30 PM ET / 2:30-4:30 AM CET (24th February). The official text reads that people who attend will get a chance to “meet department heads, learn about exciting job openings, and explore volunteer opportunities to support the return to Black Rock City for us all.”

Burning Man’s Center Camp Coffee Shop this year won’t be there, as they are experimenting with no coffee sales in 2022. This has been popular with volunteers looking to work the event, but there are still lots of other opportunities for people to lend a hand.

In other Burning Man news, individuals and businesses need to be aware of Burning Man delivery regulations. People can of course bring their own supplies/equipment, but if using a third party, then the only option for deliveries to Black Rock City is the Outside Services (OSS) Program. This means only approved couriers can enter the site, and those applications close on the 23rd of February.

The large-scale sculptures and art installations are an iconic part of Burning Man and those wishing to contribute need to get moving with the application process.
