Australia’s Festival No.23 Announces 2023 Event Feat. Osunlade, Henry Saiz & More

The event takes place between January 27th and 29th at the Macedon Ranges near Melbourne.

Headliners include Osunlade, Henry Saiz, Joep Mencke, Madmotormiquel, Seth Schwarz, Franca and Flow Music’s own Deep Gosh.

Festival No.23 is an Australian festival that promises an intimate event in beautiful countryside with a selection of local talent and DJs from other parts of the world.

The event returns in 2023 to its location in the rolling hills of the Macedon Ranges which is just an hour outside of Melbourne. Along with the magical electronic music it’s also a stunning location with a pool and freshwater damn where attendees can swim while enjoying the music.

Starting on the 27th and running to the 29th of January, the three-day camping festival also offers art and wellness sessions alongside the impressive line-up of DJs, which includes Flow Music’s curator Deep Gosh who is flying in from the Netherlands to play a set in his trademark style of deep and majestic house with melodic grooves.

One of the event’s main headliners is soulful house icon Osunlade whose jazz-inspired sound pays homage to his African roots which also blend innovative electronic sounds. He will be playing an epic 3-hour DJ set plus a separate live performance with his band, and we can’t wait for this American legend to play.

Seth Schwarz is playing Festival No.23 as part of an Australian tour stretching between January and February. He is a German artist who has translated his classically trained violin skills into creating epic melodic house sets that are full of mood-influencing melodies.

Madmotormiquel is a Berlin-based organic house legend whose DJ sets never disappoint. Other German artists flying in to play at the event include Ben Balance, Dave Dinger and Franca.

Joep Mencke is a Dutch artist whose organic sound is influenced by nature, which will be perfect for the event’s picturesque setting. He is playing this event as part of an Australian tour and there is already much hype about him being in the country, as he is well-known for his music on labels such as Happy Camper Records and Klassified.

Spain’s Henry Saiz is another highly anticipated performer who is known for his eclectic style that blends elements of electronica, disco, house and techno. His highly regarded mind-bending DJ sets and ability to hold the dance floor in the palm of his hand are not to be missed.

Other artists include Poland’s An On Bast who will be playing a live set that manoeuvres between shades of techno, house, ambient and beyond. Christopher Coe is an Irish artist known for his residency at Ibiza’s legendary DC-10. LICAXXX is a Japanese artist from Tokyo whose raw and machine-driven style always builds excitement and tension on the dance floor. Monika Ross is an Australian artist who is currently based in Berlin and she is returning home to play a set in her style that’s deeply rooted in deep organic dub, tech and jazz.
